PRICING

Unless specified otherwise, all pricing on the Okki website is in Australian dollars and includes goods and services tax (gst). Prices do not include your shipping and delivery charges. These will be calculated and added separately to your order at checkout. Prices are subject to change. For international customers, if the current exchange rate should change before your order is accepted, you will be charged at the new rate.

COLOUR

We have made every effort to ensure that our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the website to avoid any disappointment on delivery. Okki cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately display the correct colour of our products.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

All orders are subject to availability of stock. We will make every effort to ensure that the website accurately displays all goods available for purchase. If the product is unavailable and listed as limited edition we will be unable to restock that item.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Okki offers the pre-order service. This allows you to purchase goods before they are available for offer online. The product is charged in full using your preferred method of payment but is not shipped until the available delivery date in the product description. We will attempt to advise you once the item arrives in stock. Our returns and exchanges policy apply once you have received the product.

SOLD OUT ITEMS

Okki reserves the right to cancel any order. Products displayed may be discontinued or out of stock before we can update the website. If the item ordered is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible by   email or telephone, using the e-mail address or number provided by you. A refund on any goods not available will be offered and paid using the original payment method received. If a specific size or colour is not listed on the website it is currently out of stock or sold out.

ONLINE SALES ONLY

All Okki products are available only from our official online store. We may surprise you with a pop-up at special events and markets. You can find out about the Okki pop-ups by following our social media pages.

GIFT WRAPPING

All Okki packages are received gift-wrapped in our signature tissue paper. If your purchase is a special gift, and you would like to include a personal note, please leave a message in the comments at checkout. Confirm your request via email at hello@okki.com.au after placing your order. Please include the order number in your email and the message for the note to be included in the delivery.

SIZING GUIDES

All Okki product sizes are based on standard Australian sizing. If you think that you need help establishing what size you are, please refer to our sizing guides. We like to keep our sizing as consistent as possible. However, due to variances in fabric types and manufacturing, some sizing may vary. If you need further help, please contact the Okki team for their size recommendation.

USING A PROMOTION COUPON CODE & GIFT CARD

Congratulations you are ready to use your promotion coupon code. Add your product selections to your shopping bag and when ready, go to checkout. On the screen, you will read ‘Gift Card / Coupon Code’. Type in your code and hit ‘apply coupon’. Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and the discount will be reflected under your order total. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order so why not review your cart before checking out? Promotion codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some exclusions may apply. GIFT CARD

You can purchase your Okki gift card from the online store. Your gift card is redeemable online only at okki.com.au and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All cards are issued in Australian dollars only. For further information, please read our gift card terms and conditions. If you are having trouble purchasing a gift card online please contact us via email at hello@okki.com.au to purchase manually.

ONLINE PROMOTIONS

Discounts and promotions can only be used for one online order and are not valid on Gift Voucher sales. We do not offer rain-checks on sales or promotions online. Some coupon codes and gift vouchers may not be available to use during certain sales or special promotions.

BRAND PROTECTION AND COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT

To protect our brand and our community we are committed to addressing counterfeits. Genuine Okki products can only be purchased through our online store and the preferred stockists listed on www.okki.com.au. If you suspect a store or website is offering counterfeit Okki branded goods, we encourage you to please contact us immediately with the details. We take counterfeit matters seriously and investigate any lead that is reported by our loyal community. We are keen to demonstrate that we will not tolerate counterfeiting and we will actively take legal action against any guilty infringer.

Payment for your order must be received in full before any ordered goods will be shipped. Your preferred payment option can be selected from a choice presented at checkout. USA & INTERNATIONAL SALES TAX

For all U.S.A and International purchases, your countries applicable import duties and sales tax will be charged on the total amount of products purchased, including shipping & handling fees, for all orders. They will need to be paid by the customer placing the order. We do not pay import duties or taxes. The import duties and tax charges will change from country to country.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES

Local and International shipping and handling fees are calculated in the Okki online store when you check-out.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA & DELIVERY TIMES

All Okki orders are delivered within Australia by Australia Post parcel bags. The estimated delivery times shown on our website are provided by Australia Post. Your Okki goods should arrive at the delivery address you have provided within 3-7 working days from the date of shipment depending on your location. Please allow for delays during seasonally heavy delivery times and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed time frames. Okki is not responsible for Australia Post delivery delays.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY & DELIVERY TIMES

All international Okki orders are delivered with DHL and estimated delivery times are 4 to 20 business working days from the date of shipment depending on your location. If you are not home to accept your delivery, local postal guidelines will apply. Business days do not include weekends and national public holidays. The estimated delivery times excludes delays caused during international customs processing and seasonally busy times. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed time frames. Okki is not responsible for DHL delivery delays.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you have ordered a sizeable amount of Okki products and they are required to be sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

 

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days after purchase. Customers will be notified via email or telephone of any dispatch delays.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We are unable to ship orders to a P.O.Box address. You must provide a secure street delivery address for your anticipated parcel. Okki will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Its better to be safe than sorry.

 

ORDER VERIFICATION & TRACKING

If the item you have purchased online is not suitable, or the wrong size, Okki will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective goods, with all tags still attached, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. If a return does not meet these set standards Okki reserves the right to reject the return. Sale goods and gifts are excluded. If you purchased your Okki product from a selected Okki bricks and mortar retailer, please return the goods to the original place of purchase. If you fall outside of the 14 day return days you may be denied a returns form.

Before you return your goods to us, please email hello@okki.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item to be returned is deemed by us to be faulty. If the item is deemed to be faulty your return shipping costs will be refunded.

We request that all items be returned to Okki in the original packaging. If your order is received unsatisfactorily without tags attached or the packaging has become damaged please notify us via email at hello@okki.com.au on the day that you received your goods.

Requests for a refund or exchange of goods purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Personalised and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale.

Sale goods are products that have had the original, full retail price, discounted or sold in a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is considered a final sale. We are unable to offer a refund on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault discovered.

REFUNDS
Please return your Okki goods with the original receipt. If you do not have the original purchase receipt, please include the following information with your return: Your name and billing address, contact telephone number and the name, address and postal code of the person who placed the order.

Upon receiving your returned goods, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Please return your goods using a trackable shipping method. Okki will not be responsible for lost or stolen goods in the mail. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid the arrival of damaged goods.

EXCHANGES
If the item you have purchased is not suitable, Okki will happily exchange the goods within 14 days of the original purchase and in accordance with our returns policy with the exception of sale goods and personalised product. Any exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are the subject to product availability. If the goods requested are unavailable you will be issued with an online store credit or a refund in the form of the original payment.

SALE ITEMS, FLASH SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
Okki does not accept exchanges, credits or refunds on sale items if you change your mind. Sale items include items purchased in a Flash sale or Discounted Offer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. In the case of receiving a faulty sale item, please return the goods to us following our returns policy and we will replace the item with the same style, subject to availability. If the exact goods are unavailable, we will be in contact with you to offer an alternative product or to agree on issuing you a store credit or refund in the form of the original payment.

GIFTS
Gifts cannot be returned for a refund. Requests to exchange goods received as a gift are subject to our returns policy and must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the gift. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for online store credit.

FAULTY PRODUCT REFUNDS
If you believe your purchased item is faulty, please contact Okki as soon as you receive the delivery via email at hello@okki.com.au for a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Okki will assess all returned goods and if found faulty, we will replace the item. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the value of the item at the time of placing your order including any shipping costs charged. Please include the original Okki receipt with the returned faulty goods. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the initial payment method. If an item is deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear from use, it will not be accepted as being faulty and no exchange or refund will be offered.

Okki gift cards are available to purchase online only and will be provided as an email. The email can be sent to you and/or your nominated recipient. If you would like a physical printed copy of the gift card sent to you or a friend, please inform us in the comments section during checkout.

The git card can only be redeemed in our online store at www.okki.com.au. You can purchase any dollar amount for the perfect gift. Okki gift cards are accepted online as payment. If the full value of the voucher is not used, a new voucher for the remaining value will be issued and included in your shipment. Gift cards are valid for 12 months only.
